An Erasmus Youth Arts and Culture project devised by Mayor Werner Spec, Tracey Moberly, Christine Seuss and the Karlskaserne : Jochen Rather, Heike Grüß and Ulrike Ehrenberg. with 34 pupils from Wales, Czech Republic, Afghanistan, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Germany, Iraq, Kurdistan, Syria, and Turkey.
