Wall paintings turn houses inside out
Thursday February 19 1998
Bright ideas from artistic teenagers and councillors are putting smiles on the faces of run-down flats and houses. They painted pictures of people in their home which are being turned into hoardings to go around rebuilding projects in Trafford. The basic drawings have been made larger-than-life by professional artists Tracey sanders-Wood and Jai Moodie at their studio in Manchester. Tracey, who was recruited with Jai by the Manchester and District Housing Association and Trafford council, said: "All the designs from youngsters and councillors are being used. They are certainly bright!"
